At Krishnei Wholesale, we focus on providing high-quality women's wear products to our wholesale and retail customers. We carefully check every product before dispatch to ensure the best quality.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product, size, or design is delivered due to our mistake.
- Product issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Wholesale Order Policy
For wholesale orders (MOQ 50 pieces or above):
- Orders are processed after confirmation.
- Bulk orders cannot be returned or cancelled after production has started.
- Customers are requested to confirm designs, colors, sizes, and quantities before placing bulk orders.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer handling.
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Minor color differences due to screen/display settings.
- Products without original packaging.
4. Refund Policy
If a return is approved after inspection:
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before production/dispatch processing starts.
- Once the order is shipped or production has started, cancellation is not possible for wholesale orders.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only for defective or incorrect products after verification.
